CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY

EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1, 2024

We value your commitment to our services and strive to provide exceptional care and attention to all our clients. To ensure efficient scheduling and honor the time of both our clients and our team, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation/no show policy, effective

Appointments made must be secured with a non-refundable deposit of $25 at the time of scheduling. This deposit will be credited toward the total cost of the service upon completion of the appointment.

Our policy is as follows:

• Cancellation: Clients are required to provide at least a 24-hour notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment.
Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the $25 deposit.
• No Show: If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice, the $25 deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to schedule any future appointments.

EXCEPTIONS MAY BE CONSIDERED FOR EMERGENCIES OR UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, AND THESE WILL BE REVIEWED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS POLICY ALLOWS US TO ACCOMMODATE AS MANY CLIENTS AS POSSIBLE AND RESPECTS THE TIME AND COMMITMENT OF BOTH OUR TEAM AND CLIENTS.
